Lesson on diet - due on Friday March 1st .

Lesson on Diet.
 
Click on the link below to watch a video and then answer the questions below. Bring your answers to class on Friday (on a separate sheet of paper). You will turn this in to me on Friday and we will discuss the topic of a balanced diet.

3-      What is the purpose of Fats? Why do we need them? What do they do? How much of it do we need? In what kinds of foods can we find this?
4-      Describe the food pyramid in your own words. What kinds of food are displayed on the pyramid?
5-      What kinds of food should kids eat?
6-      What are the effects of junk food?
7-      List some tips for a healthy diet...
8-      As adults turn 50 years old and continue to get older, how should their diet change? Why?
