Personal Hygiene Lesson

Personal Hygiene Lesson for food preparation.
 
Food borne illnesses are sicknesses or illnesses that come from eating contaminated foods either in a restaurant or at home. Click on the link below to watch a video and answer the following questions. (hint: read the questions before you watch the video so you know what to look for).

1-       What are the five risk factors for Food Borne Illnesses?
